Tim passed away after a tragic motorcycle accident in May of 2002. The Timothy E. Loughlin Scholarship Fund was established by Tim's family as a way of keeping Tim's memory and spirit alive. Since Tim was such a giving person, we felt that a scholarship fund, setup to help students from his former high school, would be an appropriate way for Tim to keep giving back to the local community. |
